BGMI Tier Reset is a process to adjust the ranking of all players before the starting of a new season. That’s mean if any player finished the last season with high rank i.e. Conqueror, his rank will be readjust to the low rank at the starting of the new season. The reset is not a full reset to the lowest level, but a partial reset, pushing players to a lower rank based on their performance in the last season. 

When does the BGMI Tier Reset take place?

• The tier reset occurs after the end of each season or we can say that before the starting of a new season.
• Usually, each season has a duration of 2 months in BGMI
• The accurate date of reset is disclosed by Krafton via in-game notifications and patch notes.

If players’ latest rank is a maximum of Gold V, there will be no tier reset occurs, and the tier ranks after Gold V will be carried over, as given in the table below.
